With over 12 years of experience in business development, construction, and real estate, David Thompson is the driving force behind Gulf Construction. As a licensed general contractor in multiple states, David has built and renovated over 100 residential and commercial properties, working with major brands like Walmart, Sam’s Club, Marriott, and Dunkin’ Donuts.
Beyond construction, David has successfully led real estate development projects, business startups, and large-scale renovations, always focusing on growth, efficiency, and client satisfaction. Currently pursuing a law degree, he combines legal knowledge with hands-on expertise to navigate the complexities of the industry.
